The resveratrol content in red wines varies widely. So far, Bordeaux and muscadine wines seem to have the most. How much resveratrol wine contains depends on how long the juice stays in contact with the grape skins during processing.

If you don’t drink wine, you can get decent amounts of resveratrol in grape juice. Look for unfiltered concord or muscadine grape juice.
