Purple Fruits and Veggies Protect Brain Cells

    good information, except that acai in it natural form as eaten in the Amazon is really more of a pulp or puree that can be drank but is more often eaten from a bowl with a spoon due to its natural thickness. in order to maintain nutrients these pulps are frozen if not eaten the day they are processed. a good place to get acai pulps & purees in the united states is
