According to a study published in the medical journal, Neurology, taking ginkgo biloba may give your memory a significant boost and reduce your risk of developing dementia.
Specifically, this study found that if you are older than 85 years old and have a high risk of developing dementia due to being diabetic or having cardiovascular risk factors, ginkgo may protect your memory, especially when taken consistently.
