Doctors Declare This Spice a WINNER for Natural Blood Sugar Support

cinnamon-whiteback-2 Here’s an alarming fact: as many as 50 percent of Americans today show signs of blood sugar instability[1] that can trigger nagging health problems that seem impossible to shake and can lead to devastating consequences.

The hidden effects of unstable blood sugar can include seemingly unrelated problems like poor concentration, energy crashes, weight gain, mood swings and even a weakened immune system that makes you much more likely to catch every bug that’s going around.

As a result, millions of people run in circles treating this symptom and that symptom and become frustrated when their problems don’t go away.
That’s because they’re not addressing the true root cause.

Is Out-of-Balance Blood Sugar Turning Your Life Upside Down?

All of these problems can begin with the first sign of insulin resistance, which can cause your blood sugar to fluctuate wildly. These imbalances can put you through a roller coaster ride of physical and emotional symptoms that rob you of the joy of living. Not to mention serious health issues such as heart problems, memory loss, premature aging and even death.[2]

So you see, you simply can’t ignore blood sugar problems when there is so much on the line. And what’s more…

Many Doctors Make Mistakes That Can Put Your Health at Risk

Your doctor may take a “wait and see” approach when your blood sugar begins to creep up. But waiting for your blood sugar to “cross the line” is like waiting until you hit your garage wall before you apply your car brakes.

On the other hand, your doctor may immediately reach for his or her prescription pad without taking the time to explain the serious side effects that may result.

Pharmaceutical executives aren’t complaining. Sales for blood sugar drugs have topped $35 billion a year, and industry analysts predict they’ll reach a staggering $58 billion annually by 2018.[3] Doctors can’t write these prescriptions fast enough!

Sure… it’s great for Big Pharma. But a potential disaster for you!

You may recall the scandal surrounding the drug Avandia[4] and how it caused over 83,000 heart attacks.[5] Now we discover that problems with blood sugar drugs may be even more widespread than once thought.

A 2013 UCLA study suggests that long-term use of blood sugar drugs may greatly increase your risk of developing bladder or pancreatic cancer.[6] Class action lawsuits are already gathering momentum.[7]

However, science has revealed how a simple compound found in a popular spice can do wonders for natural blood sugar support! Read on to learn what it is — and how to get it — in this special report.

Don’t Let Blood Sugar Myths Keep You Trapped in Poor Health

Many people think they’re stuck with blood sugar problems because “it runs in the family,” and they are fated to suffer poor health or need medication no matter what they do. Or they believe they’d have to endure starvation diets and boot-camp workouts to turn their blood sugar around naturally.

I’m glad to say they’re wrong on both counts.

Instead, for many people it’s easy to correct a blood sugar imbalance with a natural solution that dates back more than 4,700 years. It has been a prized herb in traditional Eastern medicine down through the ages, and today multiple clinical trials have shown its beneficial effects on blood sugar metabolism.

If you haven’t already guessed, I’m talking about Cinnamomum cassia — cinnamon — and the scientific breakthrough that makes it more useful for blood sugar management than ever before. As so many people have discovered, the payoff for trying this natural approach can be amazing.

The Natural Solution Big Pharma Hopes You Never Discover

The buzz began over a decade ago when USDA scientists discovered that cinnamon significantly increases insulin production and has a fantastic balancing effect on both blood sugar and cholesterol,[8,9] and the news just keeps getting better.

One 12-week study showed that supplementing with 500 mg of a water-soluble cinnamon extract reduced fasting blood glucose by 8.4% among male and female subjects.[10]

In another 12-week study of overweight subjects, scientists reported a 10.4% reduction in fasting blood glucose among participants using 500 mg of cinnamon extract daily.[11]

Another study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that people who consume cinnamon daily have improved insulin function and increased levels of a peptide that prevents overeating and blood sugar spikes.[12]

Indeed, a 2010 meta-analysis of 8 clinical trials concluded that cinnamon intake resulted in a “statistically significant lowering” of fasting blood glucose among people with blood sugar disorders.[13]

That’s enough to catch anyone’s attention!

The Powerful Healing Secret Inside Cinnamon

Proanthocyanidins We all know cinnamon as a delightful spice, but most people are not aware that it’s also one of nature’s nutrient-packed powerhouses. When USDA scientists tested 98 common foods, they found that cinnamon contains the highest level of proanthocyanidins, which are the same super-healthy antioxidants found in blueberries.[14]

And the closer scientists looked, the more they uncovered. As it turns out, in addition to proanthocyanidins, cinnamon is simply brimming with highly active antioxidants called gallocatechins, which are the same polyphenols found in grapes and green tea.

One proanthocyanidin in cinnamon truly stands out. It’s called cinnamtannin B1, and scientists now believe it’s the compound most responsible for the insulin-like biological behavior of cinnamon.[15]

As research continues, one fact shines through: cinnamon’s unique nutrients have shown the ability to improve insulin sensitivity and insulin triggering, and that leads to better blood sugar health and so much more.

If You’re Struggling to Reach a Healthier Weight…

Cinnamon’s ability to stabilize blood sugar makes it a valuable tool for weight loss, according to Dr. Harry Preuss, MD, a professor at Georgetown Medical Center and one of the world’s foremost experts on glucose metabolism.

That’s because fat cells in the abdomen are particularly sensitive to high insulin levels and are prone to storing excess calories that become fat. Research shows that cinnamon may actually mimic insulin, which can translate into fat loss.[16]

What’s more, studies also show its powerhouse proanthocyanidin and gallocatechin antioxidants promote optimal heart health,[17] and tame inflammation. Scientists believe that cinnamon’s wide-ranging antioxidant properties may be the reason why it has effectively balanced both blood pressure and cholesterol levels in numerous clinical studies.[18]

But that brings up a very important point. Before you rush to your spice rack and begin sprinkling cinnamon onto everything, you should know this: not just any off-the-shelf cinnamon will do. Studies indicate that a water-soluble form of cinnamon extract is the safest and most effective way to achieve lasting blood sugar balance.

The Problem with Plain Cinnamon and Most Cinnamon Supplements

Let me explain. Table cinnamon is intended as a spice you use sparingly. Even if you love cinnamon, you’d soon get sick if you consumed the amounts needed to get any therapeutic health benefits.

What’s more, it lacks the refinement that would let you ingest large amounts of it comfortably, because it contains fat-soluble compounds that can build up in your tissues and cause problems if you eat too much.

So are supplements your best bet? Well, be careful because most fall short as well. Some companies merely fill capsules with cinnamon that includes the unwanted fat-soluble compounds I just mentioned. Others provide cinnamon extracts, but they may also include inactive constituents that are not desirable.

The Breakthrough That Turns Cinnamon Into a Super-Supplement

The good news? Scientists have finally developed a water extraction process that preserves cinnamon’s beneficial active ingredients while eliminating the undesirable fat-soluble components.

The result is the safest, purest, and most concentrated form of beneficial cinnamon available, the perfect choice to help you optimize your blood sugar and health. However, very few cinnamon supplements use this superior extraction process. They cut corners, and you don’t get the results you need.

It’s easy to identify which cinnamon supplements offer this advanced form of cinnamon. Just make sure it says “water-soluble” on the label. “Water-soluble” simply means that it will not build up in your body tissues. Your body will absorb and use what it needs, and flush the rest safely and naturally out of your system every day.

This is the breakthrough that takes the wonders of cinnamon to the next level — yet another example of Mother Nature and nutritional science teaming up for fabulous results.

Nature’s Perfect Answer for Blood Sugar Support

When my Scientific Advisory Board and I learned about the water-soluble form of cinnamon and its enhanced effectiveness and gentleness, we knew our search for a perfect blood sugar solution had finally ended.

We created a breakthrough cinnamon formula called CinnaPure®, which I’m confident is unsurpassed in effectiveness, safety and value among all the cinnamon supplements I came across during my extensive research.

For a limited time, Live in the Now readers can get CinnaPure for as low as $14.99 a bottle — with free shipping. I encourage you to take advantage of this great deal. Click here to take advantage of this special offer.

Why is CinnaPure your ideal cinnamon choice?

Because it provides you with everything that clinical science indicates will work the best.

Here’s what you get:

  • The best water-soluble cinnamon extract. Water-soluble cinnamon has been shown to work most effectively in clinical trials and its safety is unequaled. There is no worry of unwanted “build up” that you can experience with typical fat-soluble cinnamon supplements and table cinnamon.
  • The highest levels of blood sugar-supporting nutrients. Unlike typical supplements that provide plain cinnamon or 4:1 cinnamon extracts, CinnaPure features a superior 10:1 extract made possible by the patented water extraction process. You get more blood sugar support in every capsule… and that explains why it outperforms other cinnamon products time and time again.
  • The ideal 500 mg serving size. This is the same serving size used in successful clinical trials using water-soluble cinnamon extracts, so you get the perfect amount in one small capsule. With its 10:1 concentration, each CinnaPure capsule provides more support than the typical 1,000 mg capsules of lesser cinnamon supplements.
  • The strongest antioxidant support of all cinnamon supplements. The high concentration of water-soluble cinnamon extract found in CinnaPure means you get higher levels of all the heart-healthy polyphenols that make cinnamon one of the world’s top “superfoods.”
  • The highest-quality cinnamon. We begin with premium grade Cinnamomum cassia bark (the type used in all the research) and process it under the strictest quality control standards. You can be sure every capsule of CinnaPure meets the highest standards for quality, effectiveness and safety.
  • Affordable and Risk Free: CinnaPure is available for as low as $14.99 per bottle for a one month supply, which is less than many discount, low quality brands. Plus it ships to you for free and comes with an “any reason” 365-day guarantee.

For a limited time, Live in the Now readers can get CinnaPure for as low as $14.99 a bottle — with free shipping. I encourage you to take advantage of this great deal.

My husband is diabetic and doesn’t have insurance until July. We tried the Cinnapur and it gave him diarrhea. He went off of it and tried again the other day and … yup again. Is there something he can do to help this? He took the pill with a meal.

    • Segen Tekle says:

Experiencing diarrhea after consuming cinnamon may indicate that you have an allergic reaction to the spice.
It would be best to bring this up with your physician.

It is amazing to me that after such an article you always come to the caveat “my product is the only one to meet these…whatever”. Sorting out the truth from the lies is almost impossible, unless you simply cut off the caveat. I go one step further, I don’t shop with those who use this approach
