It is no secret that a collection of healthy plants can bring a sense of warmth and comfort to your home. They can help to keep the indoor air fresh, and fill your home with life and color. However, indoor plants are sometimes difficult to grow and maintain, especially for those of us who are lacking a green thumb. With this reality in mind, here is a list of air-cleansing indoor plants that everyone can grow at home without too much effort or trouble.

How These 5 House Plants Can Boost Your Health

1. Snake Plant

The snake plant may be the easiest of all houseplants to grow, having been labeled “nearly indestructible” by Better Homes and Gardens. These plants grow at a wide range of temperatures, are able to withstand low amounts of light, and do not require much water. Their ability to grow upright to heights of up to four feet makes them an interesting option, and they help to clean your air by absorbing nitrogen oxides and formaldahyde.

Something is wrong with your site. It gets covered up and then cut off. I would be interested in knowing which plants are benefitcial.

This article only shows 1 plant. It would be interesting to see what the other 6 are.
